Refund Policy

🎫 Ticket Refund Policy – EVENTEX STARTUP EXPO

To ensure transparency and smooth event operations, the following Ticket Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for EVENTEX events, including conferences, expos, and summits:

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the organizer in writing.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or change of personal plans.

• In case of event postponement, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• In case of event cancellation by the organizer, the ticket amount will be refunded or adjusted against a future EVENTEX event, at the organizer’s discretion.

• EVENTEX reserves the right to modify the event agenda, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

• Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 14–21 working days to the original mode of payment.
